janine de la vega is live in san jose to tell us about it and show us the problem. janine. >> reporter: we were here on monday and the homeless people that live around here tell me they see taggers all the time doing this. now take a look at what this train trestle looks like. you see this black spray point is above there. it's not as much as used to be up there. here's video we took earlier this week when it was pointed over. it was a major under taking that took a year to that was on monday and then the city has received many complaints about the graffiti at that location and other south bay bridges and overpasses. that is why they wanted to help take action. so that taggers wouldn't come back and put graffiti back up. but again as you can see that graffiti is there and taggers struck again. somehow they went around the barricades and risked their lives to go do this again. homeless people that i spoke to earlier this week again told me it's almost like a challenge for them. whenever they see new point up there it's like a canvas. i have put in some -- waiting to
